S49 - A series of ternary vibration screen is a kind of high precision fine powder screening machine, low noise, high efficiency, need 3 to 5 minutes to rapidly replace the mesh only, fully closed structure, suitable for granule, powder and mucus material screening filter.

旋振筛结构原理
S49-A系列三元旋振筛，由直立式电机作激振源，电机上、下两端安装有偏心重锤，将电机的旋转运动转变为水平、垂直、倾斜的三次元运动，再把这个运动传递给筛面。调节上、下两端的相位角，可以改变物料在筛面上的运动轨迹。

☆ 换网容易、操作简单、清洗方便。
☆ 网孔不堵塞、粉末不飞扬、可筛至500目或0.028mm。

☆ 体积小，不占空间移动方便。
☆ 筛机最高可以达到五层，建议使用三层。

Structure
S49 - A series of three dimension rotary vibration screen, by the upright motor as vibration source, motor installation biased hammering on both ends of the upper and lower, the motor rotation movement into horizontal, vertical, inclined three dimensional movement, then pass the movement to the screen surface.Adjust the phase Angle of upper and lower ends, you can change the direction of movement of material on the screen.
