振动筛筛板

筛板是筛分设备重要的核心部件，振动筛振动时，物料通过不同几何形状不同尺寸大小的筛板，在外力的作用下，将不同粒度的物料进行分离，达到分级目的。
物料的各种特性，筛板的不同结构，材质及筛机的各种参数都对振动筛的筛分能力、效率、跑粗率及寿命产生一定的影响，不同的物料，不同的场所应选用不同的筛板，以达到筛分的最佳效果。
梳齿筛板：
梳齿筛板是我公司自行开发的应用广泛的主导筛板产品，该筛板具有不堵塞、筛分效率高的显著特点，适用于煤炭、冶金、化工等行业烧结、熟料、焦碳以及各种生块矿石等硬度较高、重量较大的干物料，该筛板根据选用材质不同，可以达到不同的使用寿命。
根据材质不同可分为：喷涂筛板、高耐磨合金筛板、新型耐磨合金钢筛板、普通筛板、堆焊筛板。
物料的分级粒度3-25mm、25-80mm。

棒条筛板：
棒条筛板是我公司跟踪国际先进技术，研制开发的新型结构筛板。
该筛板的高频音叉条，在随筛板振动的同时，产生二次高频谐振，使物料前进速度加快，加速了筛面上颗粒物料的下沉和已接触筛面的小颗粒物料向筛孔处横移的速度，从而增加了通过筛孔的概率，该筛板的开孔最高可达80%，有一定水分的粘物，靠其高频自振抖落，不易粘结在筛条造成堵塞，是粘性或含有纤维物的难筛物料最为理想的筛板。
适用范围：原煤的分级、烧结、球团、焦炭、矿石等。
物料的分级粒度：5-40mm。

冷铸造筛板：生产种类有各种规格形状的不锈钢铸造筛板、高强度耐磨铸造筛板、普通铸钢筛板、高铬铸钢筛板、球铁筛板等。其筛孔形状有长方孔、方孔、菱形孔、梳齿孔、人字孔和锥形孔等。
