仓壁振动器使用和维护
1、 防闭塞装置一般焊接在料仓下部起至仓高1/3--1/4处。2、 若非钢制料仓或有加强筋不易振动的料仓,应在仓内铺设振动板,将防闭塞装置焊接在振动板上,并一起坚固在料仓上。
3、每月对电机轴承进行保养,补充润滑脂;定期清除机壳外积尘,改善散热条件,但不能用水冲洗。
4、 定期检查绝缘电阻,坚固地脚螺栓,及时消除隐患。
