衬砌机

    渠道衬砌机用于长距离、大断面渠道的衬砌施工，可对混凝土衬砌进行送料、摊铺、提浆、振实、整平。衬砌机由主机架、操作台、铺料小车、振动碾压小车、平料螺旋、皮带机等部分组成，具有混凝土布料、摊铺、振捣、碾实、扎光、沿轨道自行等多种功能。衬砌机机架长度可根据衬砌坡面长度调整选用，机架高度采用电动调节，更换机架铰接处的联结螺栓可以调整坡比，适用于大面积衬砌作业。

    3.螺旋输送器的螺旋叶采用65Mn钢材料，耐磨，寿命长；
    4.整平辊将整平及振实融为一体，采用国际先进的超高频内振动技术，提浆深度深；
    5.插入式振捣翅使振捣效果更佳，提浆效果更好，特别适合于纤维混凝土的施工。振捣翅采用高性能弹簧钢，振动效果好，寿命长；
    6.液压调节升降，方便省力；
