SZR系列热矿振动筛(热矿筛)工作原理和结构特点
SZR系列热矿振动筛为座式安装,采用双轴振动器振动。双轴振动器两根轴由两台电动机分别带动做反向自同步旋转,使筛箱产生直线振动。电动机安装在筛箱侧面的固定支架上,故电动机不参振。电动机和双轴振动器之间,两台双轴振动器之间均采用万向联轴器连接,万向联轴器同时具有角度和长度的补偿作用,可以满足筛机工作时电动机和振动器之间的相对位移要求。
根据电动机和振动器安装位置的不同,热矿振动筛可制定成上振式或下振式。SZR系列热矿振动筛均配备二次隔振系统,对基础的动负荷较小,使用于有隔振减振要求,安装高度允许的场合。
热矿筛筛箱的侧板与横梁采用优质耐热不锈钢(或优质耐热钢)制造,主受力板和侧板的连接,侧板和横梁的连接采用环槽铆钉铆接,连接紧固可靠。
热矿振动筛工作时,筛板直接与高温物料接触,要求有较好的耐磨、耐热性能,故采用耐热合金铸钢。工作时筛板会受热膨胀,筛板固定装置采用斜插紧固,并设有热补偿机构,可保证工作温度状态下,筛板固定牢靠,筛板拆装也比较方便。
Working principles and features

Depending on the position of the motor and the vibrator is installed, heat ore vibrating screen can be set into vibration type or under vibration pattern.SZR series hot mining vibrating screen are equipped with the secondary vibration isolation system, on the basis of the dynamic load is small, used in vibration isolation vibration reduction requirements, installation height allowed.
Hot ore screen box side plate and beam is made of high quality heat-resistant stainless steel or high quality heat resistant steel manufacturing, the main force plate and side plate connection, side plate and beam connections using ring groove rivet, reliable connection fastening.

SZR系列热矿振动筛(热矿筛)使用条件
2.振动器与筛面之间必须安装隔热装置(隔热水箱或隔热板)以减少烧结矿的热辐射对振动器的影响,保证振动器在允许的温度下工作。
3.物料温度为500-1000℃,但筛框的允许温度为300-500℃。故在筛面、返矿漏斗和横梁内壁必须抽风或通风冷却。
4.漏斗、抽风罩和隔热装置均不得固定在筛子本体上,其与筛体振动部分之间的间隙不得小于50mm.
Working condition

Transportation and storage
After the screen should be under the condition of horizontal lifting, the lifting to keep balance of sieve.To use wire rope on the lifting hole of sieve box set lifting, are not allowed to other parts of the crane sieve.Sieve is divided into screen box (including vibrator), vibration isolation frame, motor frame three parts transportation and electricity.Drag transportation at the site, the lower part of screen box should be several rollarounds pad, the ground should level off, the wire rope should take larger screen lower steel parts.After the arrival of the goods, the equipment should be according to the shipping list to check whether the equipment is complete, the shipment is damaged in the process.Storage ground level off, the sieve should be sleeper pads, can not contact with the ground, nor is soaked by water.In open air, upper part should be covered.

2.电机架的安装基础应有梁支承,其水泥基础待电机高度调整好后,在进行二次浇灌。
3.安装基础上用的钢板和地脚螺栓均有安装单位自行准备,设备出厂时不附上述备件。
4.装完弹簧支座和电机架,调整相对位置,并初步固定后,顺次装上减振弹簧。弹簧装入前,应按端面标记的实际钢度值进行选配,每台筛机各支点的弹簧刚度应一致,弹簧安装后中心线与弹簧支座平面应垂直。
5.将隔振架安装在弹簧上,然后将一次隔振弹簧安装在隔振架上。
6.将筛子吊起,使筛面倾角符合总图要求,然后慢慢放下,座落在一次隔振弹簧上。
7.筛子安装后,应保持筛箱和隔振架的横向水平,可用水平尺在筛箱的进出料端分别测量,若不水平,可调整弹簧支座的高度。
8.电机架安装时,要求电动机轴线和振动器轴线在同一垂直平面上,考虑到筛面上有物料后支承弹簧的压缩变形增加,电动机轴线应低于振动器轴线3-5mm.
9.安装两振动器之间的中间联轴器时,应严格按制造厂所做的标记对联接法兰进行安装,保证两振动器偏心块相对位置一致。
10.振动器出厂后,如时间超过6个月,安装前须将振动器各零件拆洗干净,轴承和迷宫槽内注入适量的2号工业锂基脂。
11.振动器安装完毕后,用手板动偏心块,若有阻力过大或卡死现象,必须找出原因加以调整。
12.安装完毕要检查全部螺栓的紧固情况。
13.空负荷试运转6-8小时,试运转过程中观察筛子运行情况,要求振动平衡,无横向摆动及不正常响声。
14.热矿筛6-8小时试运转后,应检查振动器轴承工作温度,要求轴承最高温度不超过75摄氏度,还应检查筛板和振动器的紧固情况,发现松动应及时拧紧。
15.第一次投产后,热状态工作6-8小时后,应使筛箱冷却至室温,将筛板和振动器的紧固螺栓再拧紧一次。
Installation and commissioning
1. 5. Install the spring vibration isolation frame, and then a vibration isolation spring installed in vibration isolation frame.
6. Add a sieve to lift, the screen surface inclination of conform to the requirements of the general layout, then slowly put down, is located on a vibration isolation spring.
7. A sieve is installed, should maintain screen box and vibration isolation frame transverse level, usable level measured in screen box front-rear end, if not, can adjust the height of spring support.
8. Electrical rack installation, requirements and vibrator motor axis axis in the same vertical plane, after considering the sieve surface material supporting spring compression deformation increases, the motor axis should be lower than vibrator axis 3-5 mm.
9. When installed in the middle of the coupling between two vibrator, should be in strict accordance with the manufacturer do mark on the connecting flange installation, ensure that two vibrator eccentric block relative position.
After 10. Vibrator, such as more than six months, before installation should be the vibrator unpick and wash clean all parts, bearings and labyrinth slot into the right amount of no. 2 industrial lithium base grease.
11. Vibrator after the installation, use hand moving eccentric block, if there is too much resistance or stuck phenomenon, must find out why.
12. Check all the installation bolt fastening.
13. Empty load test run six to eight hours, observe sieve operation commissioning process, vibration balancing, no lateral oscillation and abnormal noise.
14. Hot griddle six to eight hours after the commissioning, shall check the working temperature of vibrators bearing, bearing the highest temperature no more than 75 degrees Celsius, should also check the sieve plate and fastening situation of vibrator, found loose should tighten in time.
15. The first time, after the production of thermal state after six to eight hours work, makes the screen box should be cool to room temperature, the sieve plate and vibrator of the bolt to tighten again.

2.筛子启动应遵循工艺系统顺序,尽量避免带料启动,待筛子运转平稳后才能给料。
3.热矿筛在工作过程中应经常观察筛子运行是否平稳,若发现运动不正常或异常声响时,必须及时停机检查,找出原因,排除故障。
4.筛子停车应符合工艺系统顺序,除特殊事故外,禁止带料停车或停车后继续给料。筛子停车后,应检查螺栓是否松动,若发现有松动应及时拧紧。
5.运转过程中如遇突然事故停机时,必须继续对筛面通风冷却,防止筛面上灼热物料使筛箱过热而变形。
6.停车后应清理筛面及筛子周围环境。
7.要重视振动器与筛箱,筛板与筛箱联接螺栓的紧固情况,若发现有松动应及时拧紧。
8.筛框的侧板和横梁均采用优质耐热不锈钢制造,不允许在筛框上焊接其他东西,以免影响材料性能。
9.筛板紧固机构中的蝶形弹簧是作紧固件热膨胀补偿用的,失效的蝶形弹簧应及时更换。
10.筛板受灼热物料直接接触和磨损,故应经常检查其工作情况,如发现筛板有裂痕,应及时焊补,以免裂痕扩大而造成损坏。
11.振动筛在热状态时,不许用冷水冲洒筛箱及筛板,防止因急剧冷却而造成筛箱及筛板变形和开裂。
12.螺旋弹簧内积聚矿粉,会影响弹簧正常工作,应经常用压缩空气吹扫清理。
13.振动器轴承采用2号工业锂基脂润滑,正常情况下每周注油一次,油量不宜过多,以免引起轴承过热。
14.振动器使用6个月后,应检查油指情况,如变干或有硬块时,应及时清洗换脂。要求轴承每年清洗1-2次。
Use and maintenance

3. Hot mineral screen should be in the process of work often observe whether sieve running smoothly, that the movement is not normal or abnormal sound, it must immediately stop check, find out the reasons, troubleshooting.
4. Sieve parking should comply with the order process system, in addition to the special accident, has banned materials after parking or continue to feed.Sieve after parking, should check whether the bolt is loose, if found loose should tighten in time.
5. In the process of operation in case of sudden shutdown, must continue to screen surface ventilation cooling, prevent the screen makes the screen box overheating and burning material deformation.
6. After parking should be clear the screen surface and sieve the surrounding environment.
Attaches great importance to the vibrator and screen box, sieve plate and the connecting bolt fastening situation, if found loose should tighten in time.
8. Screen box side plates and beams are made of high quality heat-resistant stainless steel, are not allowed on the sieve box welding of other things, lest affect material properties.
9. Sieve plate fastening device of the butterfly spring is used as fasteners thermal expansion compensation, failure of the butterfly spring should be replaced in a timely manner.
10. Sieve plate hot material in direct contact and wear and tear, reason should be regularly check the work situation, such as found that cracks have appeared on sieve plate should be welding repair in time, lest damage cracks expand.
11. Vibrating screen in thermal state, not allowed to use cold water spilled screen box and sieve plate, to prevent the screen box caused by rapid cooling and sieve plate deformation and cracking.
12. Helical spring inside accumulate kuangfen, will affect the normal work of the spring, often should use compressed air purging cleaning.
13. Vibrators bearing adopts 2 industrial lithium base grease lubrication, oil once a week, normal oil is unfavorable and overmuch, lest cause bearing overheating.
14. Vibrator used after six months, should check the oil refers to the situation, such as dry or lump, should be timely cleaning in fat.For bearing cleaning 1 to 2 times a year.
