ZWS型振网筛产品概述
ZWS型振网筛适用于对松散的复合肥料及其它松散的细物料进行分级。 ZWS型振网筛是吸取美国先进技术自行设计制造的，以振动电机做为振动源，牵引筛网及筛框振动，实现物料分级。ZWS振网筛由给料器、筛箱筛面机体料斗和振网装置组成。材料由给料器均匀给到筛面，分成筛上产品与筛下产品（单层筛）。本系列振网筛以振动电机为振动源，牵引筛网上下振动，筛机振幅可调，以适应不同物料的分级。筛网的振动，一方面可防止筛网堵塞，同时使物料抛起向前弹跳实现分级，因而振网筛的筛分效率高。

ZWS型振网筛工作原理:
电磁振动高频振网筛采用全新原理，筛面振，筛箱基本不参振动，激振力驱动振动系统激振筛面，震动系统设计在近共振状态工作，可用较小的驱动力达到所需的工作参数，而节省能源。此外，筛面高频震动，振幅1-4mm，可达8-10倍重力加速度，是一般筛分设备震动强度的2-4倍，所以不堵筛孔，筛面自清洗能力强，筛分效率高，处理能力大，非常适用于细颗粒物料的筛分,4平米处理能力在200吨左右.筛分效率在60%以内，如果浓度调整好，可以达到80%上。 用于铁选厂提高筛分、提高产量的理想设备----电磁振动高频振网筛。|
