ZSJ节肢选煤筛工作原理
ZSJ节肢选煤筛由多节筛芯组成，分节振动，整体按照等厚筛分原理布置，针对现场物料的不同，每节筛芯的激振方向角与筛面可适应的调整，以达到处理量分筛分效率的最佳结合，筛子采用两台电动机带动激振器做反向自同步旋转，使筛体产生直线运动。
ZSJ节肢选煤筛由筛芯，一次减振弹簧、减振装置，二次减振弹簧、电动机及其支架等组成，筛框 侧板采用整块优质钢制作，侧板与横梁、激振器底座用高强度螺栓或环槽铆钉连接，结构坚固可靠。
ZSJ节肢选煤筛电动机不参振，用汽车传动轴与激振器相连接。(自振源组除外)
ZSJ节肢选煤筛均有减振装置与二次减振簧。

ZSJ节肢选煤筛安装调试
ZSJ节肢选煤筛安装前，要把现场基础与筛子安装图对照检查，预埋钢板平面度误差不大于3mm。
筛子安装完毕，调整好相对位置，一次与二次减振弹簧均呈垂直状态，电动机轴线低于振动器轴线3-5mm,再把电机支架、弹簧底座与预理钢板点焊焊牢。
要求两台电机转向必须相反。
振动筛空载运行时间为4-6小时，要求筛体运行平稳，无横摆与异常响声，检查筛板，激振器紧固情况。
检查激振器轴承的工作温度，应不大于75℃。

ZSJ节肢选煤筛使用维护
节肢筛起动顺序：逆料流方向启动，顺料流方向停车。应避免带料启动，筛面上物料全部筛完再停车。
在筛子工作过程中，应注意筛箱运行是否平稳，如发现运转不正常或有撞击声，应立即停车检查。
节肢选煤筛是正倾角安装。
弹簧之间易积聚粉尘杂质，影响弹簧正常工作，应经常清理。
经常检查筛机各处螺栓连接情况，若有松动及时拧紧。
激振器轴承采用3号锂基脂润滑，正常情况下，应每月加注润滑油一次，轴承应两年清洗检查一次。
