闸门型旋振筛产品概述

    闸门旋振筛是对特殊物料的处理有加闸门型设计，可保证筛分物料的机内停留时间，达到精度要求时，开启闸门排出物料，用以保证筛分精度及处理量。但由于筛分时间的提高会造成筛分产量的降低，所以本系列旋振动筛更适合对产量没有太高要求但对筛分精度有很高要求的物料筛分。

XZS系列闸门型振动筛主要结构

    各种闸门型振动筛，一般由筛盖（通常设有进料接口）、筛框（内装筛网组件）、驱动装置（通常为立式振动电机）、隔振装置（一组支承弹簧）、底座等几部分组成，其中，筛盖与筛框为振动部分，其它部分为非振动部分，另外，底座兼有支承功用。筛框为闸门型振动筛的主要参振部分。筛框通常由板材卷焊而成，其上下端均有一承接圈，下内部设有一法兰圈，用于固定筛网组件等结构。

旋振筛设备振动力的调整
