工作原理
先将机器放置水平位置，接通电源，启动工作开关，确保电机顺时针运转后，以示该机进入正确工作状态。然后把被筛选的物料倒入进料斗，根据物料颗粒大小正确调整料斗底部的塞板使物料均匀进入上层筛网中；同时也使筛子上部的圆筒风机向筛网出料端正确送风；可以谷物中的轻杂废料清理出来。筛分机的下部有四个轴承分别固定在机架上的槽钢内做直线往复运动；其中筛子的上层粗筛是清理物料中的大颗粒杂质，而下层细筛是清理物料中小颗粒杂质。
筛分机的一侧通过活动连杆与电动机带动的曲轴或偏心轮协调工作从而完成了筛分除杂的全过程。
