SZR系列热矿振动筛工作原理和结构特点
SZR系列热矿振动筛为座式安装,采用双轴振动器振动。双轴振动器两根轴由两台电动机分别带动做反向自同步旋转,使筛箱产生直线振动。电动机安装在筛箱侧面的固定支架上,故电动机不参振。
电动机和双轴振动器之间,两台双轴振动器之间均采用万向联轴器连接,万向联轴器同时具有角度和长度的补偿作用,可以满足筛机工作时电动机和激振器之间的相对位移要求。
根据电动机和振动器安装位置的不同,热矿振动筛可制定成上振式或下振式。
SZR系列热矿筛均配备二次隔振系统,对基础的动负荷较小,使用于有隔振减振要求,安装高度允许的场合。
热矿筛筛箱的侧板与横梁采用优质耐热不锈钢(或优质耐热钢)制造,主板和侧板之间,侧板和横梁的连接采用环槽铆钉连接,连接紧固可靠。
热矿振动筛工作时,筛板与高温物料接触,要求有较好的耐磨、耐热性能,故采用耐热合金铸钢。工作时筛板会受热膨胀,筛板固定装置采用斜插紧固,并设有热补偿机构,可保证工作温度状态下,筛板固定牢靠,筛板拆装也比较方便。
Working principles and Features
SZR series hot mining vibrating screen is a type of installation, the biaxial vibrator vibration.Biaxial vibrator two axis respectively by two electric motors to drive do reverse self synchronous rotation, makes the screen box produce linear vibration.Motor installed in the fixed bracket on the side of the screen box, so the motor is not concluded.
Between motor and biaxial vibrator,and between two biaxial vibrator adopt universal shaft coupling, universal coupling with angle and length of the compensation function at the same time, can meet the sieve machine motor at work and the relative displacement between the vibrator.
Depending on the motor and the vibrator is installed, heat ore vibrating screen can be set into vibration type or under vibration pattern.
SZR series hot griddle were equipped with the secondary vibration isolation system, on the basis of the dynamic load is small, used in vibration isolation vibration reduction requirements, installation height allowed.
Hot ore sieve screen box side plate and beam is made of high quality heat-resistant stainless steel or high quality heat resistant steel manufacturing, motherboard and side panel, side panel and beam connection using ring groove rivet connection, reliable connection fastening.
Hot mining vibrating screen is working, sieve plate contact with high temperature materials, has good abrasion resistance, heat resistance, heat resistant alloy steel casting is adopted.Work sieve plate heat expansion, sieve plate fixation device adopts oblique clamp, and is equipped with thermal compensation mechanism, can guarantee the working temperature conditions, screen plate fixation, sieve plate dismantling is convenient.

SZR系列热矿振动筛(热矿筛)的运输与保管
筛子应在水平情况下起吊,起吊后要保持筛子平衡。要用钢丝绳套在筛框的起吊孔上起吊,不允许吊筛子的其它部位。筛子分为筛箱(包括振动器)、隔振架、电动机及电机架三部分运输。在工地现场拖拉运输时,筛箱下部应垫若干滚杠,地面要平整,钢丝绳应兜住筛框下部刚度较大部位。设备到货后,应根据发货清单检查设备是否齐全,装运过程中是否造成损坏。存放地面平整,筛子应有枕木垫起,不得与地面接触,更不得被水浸泡。露天存放时,上部应遮盖。

Transportation and storage
